Quality Standards & Documentation

Our focus is quality documentation, batch traceability, and clear research-use-only labeling. Customers should review the COA and product documentation before research use. Every certificate is available in the COA Library.

Certificates of Analysis (COA)

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a batch-specific quality document that may include testing information such as identity, purity, appearance, or other applicable specifications. Customers should review the COA and product documentation before research use.

Lot & Batch Traceability

The lot or batch number helps connect the product to its quality documentation and product records. To verify a lot number or COA, use the documentation available through VitaCore Biotech — or contact support with your order number and lot number.

Third-Party Testing

Third-party testing means that a qualified independent laboratory or testing provider has evaluated the applicable batch or material for listed specifications. Testing details may vary by product and should be reviewed on the applicable COA.

Research-Use-Only Labeling

Every product carries clear research-use-only labeling with its lot number. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, lot numbers, available documentation, and all applicable requirements before purchasing or using any product for research purposes.

Storage & Handling Documentation

Storage requirements may vary by product and batch. Always refer to the product label, product page, and COA or batch documentation for storage guidance. Unless a product label or COA specifically states otherwise, products should not be assumed to be sterile.

Documentation Help

If documentation is not visible or if you need help, contact support at support@vitacoreclub.com with the product name so support can assist with available batch documentation.
